Terms & Conditions

The terms & conditions of Sale apply to every product you order from the Aly&Val website. These terms and conditions apply independently of how you visit the website, including any device through which we provide you with access.

You must read the terms & conditions carefully before placing an order through our website.

Note: You will be asked to confirm that you have & understood the terms and conditions in their entirety before placing an order with our website. In case, you do not agree to any of these, you must not order any product(s).

We reserve the right to make updates in terms and conditions at any time if any update affecting you or your order will be notified to you via mail or through this page.

The agreement is between us and you for the sale and purchase of products which will come into existence once you receive a confirmation mail for you & confirm the same.

  • It’s in good faith that all the Personal Information you provide while creating an account and placing an order on our website is true and belongs to you only.
  • There may be some variations in the products shown on our website and the products dispatched to you without affecting the price & quality.
  • You can make a payment for the product(s) by any method shown on the website at the time of placing an order.
  • Acceptance of order subject to the availability of the product at the time of placing an order.
  • We ensure that the prices shown at the time of placing an order are right and accurate. If in case we found any error before the dispatch of the product (s) we will notify the same via mail.
  • You have the option to cancel the order at any time before the product(s) is delivered to you.
  • We will try our best to deliver the product within 7-8 business days, and if there is any delay beyond our control, will notify the same to you via mail.
  • Handling charges of INR150/- will be applicable for all exchange orders.
  • For COD orders, a call will be generated to the customer for confirmation before dispatching the order.

If the damage is from our end then we will change the product(s) with a similar product(s) or provide you with a refund, as the case may be. However, the damage to the product will be from your end then we will not entertain any return/refund to you.

  1. You should have an original bill/invoice of the product(s) at the time of return
  2. The product(s) should be in good condition (you should send us the video of the product(s) to clarify the same within 2-3 hours of receiving the product)
  3. The product(s) should hold all the price tags
  4. You will receive the refund once we get back our product(s) and assure that the product is in good condition.

Note: RTO charges will be deducted from the refunded amount & the remaining amount will be credited to you with the preferred mode of payment.

  • You should not use the information provided (product detail, image, or any other) on our website for any purpose, if you do so, you may face the legal consequences.
