Order cancellation will be valid only till order processing, once your order will process from our side, we do not allow any cancellation. I am missing an item, what do I do?
Regarding any missing item, contact us at the customer support on the same day of receiving the order, or write to us with your query.
How do I know my size?
Take your actual body measurements with a regular measuring tape, as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes.
- For women check the Burst, Waist, Hips, Inside and outside leg
- For men check the Chest, Center Back, Waist, Inside and outside leg

Can I exchange it for another size?
Yes, You can exchange your current order for another size.
Make sure while returning, the product is in perfect condition.
If there is another issue other than size, we will not accept the exchange. Our quality team will check it thoroughly and get back to you.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, go to the “Return Policy” tab and apply for a return or refund by submitting the provided form. We will get in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours regarding your request.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
If you have received any faulty items:
Make a video of the order showing the issue within 2-3 hours of receiving the order. Make sure the product has its tag and its package.
If the fault is on our end, we will take immediate responsibility to exchange it with a similar product.
If the fault is on the customer’s end, we won’t be able to entertain in this regard.
