How to place an order?

To place an order:

Select the color you like and an appropriate size
Tap onto the (+) button if more than one item is required
Tap to the ADD button to add the items to your cart
If you are ready to proceed to checkout, Tap on the cart icon on the top right and complete your order.

To proceed to checkout:

Tap to the Checkout button after you have reviewed your Shopping Cart
Enter Billing Details
Fill in all the necessary shipping details
Enter important contact details, if you haven’t already been a member yet and proceed further
Choose your convenient payment mode and tap Continue.
Before checking out, review the complete details you have entered, tap on the Place Your Order button to proceed with payment.
After the payment has been made, your order is placed successfully.
The order id will be sent to your email address and to your verified contact number.

Where is my order?

To track your order, please go to the home page.
Check for the option in the top left with Order tracking.
Mention your order Id and billing details to the blanks
Check your order location by clicking the Track button

It usually takes 1 to 7 days for processing and shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

Order cancellation will be valid only till order processing, once your order will process from our side, we do not allow any cancellation. I am missing an item, what do I do?
Regarding any missing item, contact us at the customer support on the same day of receiving the order, or write to us with your query.
How do I know my size?

Take your actual body measurements with a regular measuring tape, as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes.

For women check the Burst, Waist, Hips, Inside and outside leg
For men check the Chest, Center Back, Waist, Inside and outside leg

Afterward, refer to our size guide by clicking here and check your size as you require. Contact us for any query or speak to our Measuring Genius

Can I exchange it for another size?
Yes, You can exchange your current order for another size.
Make sure while returning, the product is in perfect condition.
If there is another issue other than size, we will not accept the exchange. Our quality team will check it thoroughly and get back to you.
How do I return an item?

To return an item, go to the “Return Policy” tab and apply for a return or refund by submitting the provided form. We will get in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours regarding your request.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you have received any faulty items:

Make a video of the order showing the issue within 2-3 hours of receiving the order. Make sure the product has its tag and its package.

If the fault is on our end, we will take immediate responsibility to exchange it with a similar product.

If the fault is on the customer’s end, we won’t be able to entertain in this regard.
