Return Policy
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Returns and Refunds are not acceptable with COD orders; however, an exchange is acceptable.
- Returns and refunds are acceptable only on pre-paid orders.
- You can apply for Return/Exchange of your order within 7 days after the order has been delivered. No return/exchange will be accepted after 7 days.
- Your refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours, When applied. Email Confirmation will be sent as soon as your Refund is approved. Handling charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Handling charges of INR150/- will be applicable for all exchange orders.
- Return/Exchange can only be done on specific parameters like – manufacturing defects, size issues, or any kind of damage issue.
- Exchange of products is subject to availability of size.
- Exchanges are not authorized in different categories. The same category is applicable.
- We maintain strict hygiene with our products. If the products we have received is spoiled / damaged /washed/mudded return/exchange will be Nullified.
- Before returning for exchange, product images and a video will be required from the buyer to verify and validate product condition Upon arrival. If the images and video is not provided and does not match our description, no return/exchange will take place.
- You can place a return/exchange request by calling us on +011-41861898 between 12 pm-6 pm, Mon-Fri Or you can drop us an email at support@alyandval.com. We will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours for your return/exchange request.
- Item must have its original receipt or invoice.
- Provide the original Packaging during product exchange
- Aly&Val at its discretion can change the policy of the specific category/products as so deem fit.
